Field Capabilities Oncology

  • Lead the multi-year Oncology Learning and Development Field Capabilities roadmap, aligning with OBU leaders to ensure capability investments align with training and business priorities. Partner with OLCD leadership team to embed and continuously refine the sales & other capability frameworks to reflect evolving oncology customer needs and evidence-based behaviors across franchises. Design and deliver academies and workshops that build emerging oncology commercial skills—digital engagement, omnichannel, CRM platforms, and virtual/hybrid selling—with emphasis on practice and application. Tailor capability frameworks and practice scenarios to oncology selling and field realities—navigating complex accounts, aligning to HCP goals, surfacing unmet needs, orchestrating customer engagement touchpoints, and gaining commitment through clear next steps—so reps can translate brand messages into high-value, customer-specific actions. Conduct monthly field rides to validate future capability needs in-market, gather real-world insights, and provide strength-based, skills-focused coaching that reinforces adoption.

Design and deliver monthly tools training that accelerates confidence for new joiners and deepens mastery for tenured teams; establish reinforcement mechanisms and measurement to translate access into impact.

Lead innovative virtual learning events for individual contributors that drive development and business goals.
